What accounting software does PaymentEvolution integrate with?

PaymentEvolution integrates with Sage Accounting (formerly Sage One), QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, FreshBooks, Kashoo and others.

Can I migrate from another payroll service?

Yes, you can move from another payroll software at any time during the year. All you need are the latest payslips for each employee so we can carry forward your payroll calculations.

What about direct deposit?

You/your clients can enroll in our electronic payment services under any plan. Direct deposit is available for a low per-transaction fee with no monthly minimums, "file fees" or fixed charges. There is a one-time setup fee to get you started.

What about tax updates?

The service is always up to date with the latest tax rules and legislative changes. Our team is always vigilant – so when last minute changes take place, like the Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy, we’re ready to support those changes that very day without delay.
