PaymentEvolution is committed to ensuring equal access and participation for people with disabilities. What this looks like in practice

• Training. Our team is trained on accessible customer service and how to interact respectfully with people with disabilities, including those who use assistive devices, service animals, or support persons.

• Communication. We'll work with you to find a communication method that works — email, phone, video call, or written materials — and can provide information in alternative accessible formats on request.

• Service disruptions. Any disruption to our online services is posted in real time on our status page.

• Employment. Accommodations are available throughout recruitment, hiring, and employment, including individualized emergency response planning where needed.
