Chequer App 1.0

Release Summary:

Chequer App (available on iOS and Android) lets employees view their pay slips, access tax forms, and track their hours. (Yes, time tracking is here!)

Chequer Web is our redesigned Paychequer website that complements Chequer App.

Feature List - Version 1.0:

Chequer App

• View current/most recent pay slip (default view)

• View pay slip details (pay, deductions, benefits)

• View pay slip history

• View vacation pay balance

• Download/share pay slips in PDF format

• View profile details

• Access tax documents and download/share in PDF format

• Support for multiple employers on a single account

• Fingerprint and face ID unlock

Time Tracking

• Clock in/clock out on mobile device

• Automatically import time records from the app

• You can always review and adjust hours before finalizing a pay run

• View time records history (for records created by the app)

• Manually create and edit time records that occur within the last 48 hours

• Adjust clock-in time (if an employee forgot to clock in when they started work)

Please note: To import time records into your payroll, you just have to enable the time tracking import option.

Chequer Web 1.0

(formerly Paychequer.com)

The new Chequer website now matches our new app design. You can check it out at app.paychequer.com.

The 'legacy' Paychequer website will remain available at its current address, www.paychequer.com for the time being.

We will fully migrate to the new site (not before hearing your feedback!), but both sites will be available for a significant period so you can adjust to the change.

Website Features

• Chequer Web provides the same features as the Paychequer site.

• We've partnered with CloudTax.ca, a Canadian tax filing service, to offer free online tax filing to all employees using Chequer.

• The signup process is seamless: employees don't need to create a separate account with CloudTax, and all their tax filing information will be available through Chequer.

• Time-tracking features are not currently available on Chequer Web.

Chequer 1.0 and all current features are available to you at no cost!
